I am suffering from headache after buying this product. This purifier had leakage from the beginning and I have registered so many complaints for the same. Still no use.
I had spent almost Rs. 1800 on this product and not sure whether I can use it again or not. I had registered almost half a dozen complaints and following are the results of it:
Couple of times service engineers did show up, but they showed their incapability of resolving such simple issues.
Few times I was told that my registered address and mobile number was wrong. Can you believe it?
Service of Pureit is very poor and I would suggest you should never opt for buying any product from pureit.
