I am very disappointed to write this review about the so called 1 crore clean water challenge water filter. I purchased this product 18 months back on account of the initial hype of electricity less cleaning water purification system for Rs 2000 delivered to house.
The company installed the product and also their reps gave a fundamental do’s and dont’s for better usability of the product. In accordance with it I used the product . However after 6 months of day to day use the product started to show more cons than pros.
The ’tap’ became a little too stiff to use.
The water flow from the tap is so slow that one gets a little frustrated to fill 3 consecutive glass full of water, its true
I chlorine marker outer cover got very loose after initial cleaning and kept on falling with the slightest of touches
The bottom portion of the product(transparent cover) has got murkier and the water no longer looks cleaner:
The most Important one : After use for 6 months and 2 cleaning when the reps replaced the chlorinated tunnel the water started to taste very bad. I haven’t tasted chlorine so cant say its chlorine taste but surely the feel is very bad and cant be consumed.
The material used also get easily heated up. I have stopped using the filter and have no intention to use so even after its repaired or replaced.
PS: I have not complained the company for this issue as the taste itself is so horrible and I dont want to drink that chlorinated water again.
