This product seems to be fake (atleast the one we bought).** We had the filter problem after 10 days of purchase or so. We are after the dealer (based out of Dharwad, karnataka) for getting repaired or replaced. Either they disconnect the phone or give some fake response. I think we are going to seek help from consumer forum.
It does not purify water (at least the one we bought!) There is no after sales support. Even they do not respond phone calls. If you are based out of Dharwad / Hubli, please do not buy pureit!
