Im an unfortunate customer who happened to buy the Pure It water purifier. When I first showed interest in this product, I called HLL and a representative came to my house within 2 hours to give a demo and sell the product. A couple of months down the line, the outlet tap broke and thats where my problems started.
To put things simple, Ive been calling their Customer Sevice for the past 2 months asking for a replacement and I truly have lost count of the no: of times Ive spoken to them. All I keep hearing is "We are really sorry for your inconvenience and we will help you at the earliest". Well the issue is still going on and my issue is not yet resolved. I even spoke to an "Escalation Specialist" named Abhishek today who promised to call me back with a solution within 90 minutes and its over 6 hours now and Im still waiting for his call. Not sure how long Ill have to wait and how many more calls I would have to make before I get this fixed.
My advice to all you folks who read this review, "DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEIR ARE OTHER WATER PURIFIERS IN THE MARKET WHO OFFER BETTER SERVICE AND VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS".
