Pathetic Service

I purchased one of this when it was newly launched into the market and I was totally satisfied with it. Performance was good and it was easy to use but my problems started when the battery expired.


I made atleast 30 calls during the course of 10 days but there was no proper response from them. The num was 9246 100 100 (Hyderabad). The way they spoke was as if they are going to send someone the very next moment. I was fed up calling them thrice every day and atlast after 12 days they came and replaced the battery.


Their service is pathetic. I wonder why the managers at HLL spend millions in advertising and make strategies how to make money sitting in AC rooms when they care least for customer service. I am not sure if their serivce is like I said in other cities but this is the scenario in Hyderbad. Those useless moron’s in service care less. They are scums and born out of filth to give a deaf ear to customers woes. If I were given a chance I would have shot these cunts at point blank.


Sorry if this disturbs our users but you don’t understand the frustation I went thru just to replace the battery.
