I just bought a Pureit Advanced 23 Ltr serial No: RPA19 00347049 from Luxmi Services Noida Shop No, 10 Beta-I Gr. Noida. They representative came an installed the pureit even though the carbon filter was broken and carbon powder was coming out. As a novice user I didn’t came to know that it was broken. But later on using the pureit I came to know that that carbon filter was broken.
I am wondering why that service center guy didn’t even warned me even if he noticed that the filter was broken. Very dissatisfied with HUL. Its a brand name and service center like this should focus on customer satisfaction rather than just selling there product.
