I am not currently a user of Pureit but I intend to use it as I found its staff to be friendly and courteous.
I had an interaction with Kapil (Pureit staff) in an outlet and he took appointment for his product demo after asking me few water related questions.
I hope water in my house is less salty but I will be happy if he visits me and check the water quality, if its ok, I will be using my existing purifier else I will be switching to Pureit. :-)
