Purplle.com IS A ONLINE BLACK HOLE SUCKS MONEY, This online company is a pure fraud company.
I paid through debit card for a perfume on 10/12/2014. Till the payment everything was fine. After the money paid & I got a sms from the bank I got one automated mail from Purplle.com saying payment success.
That’s all. Today is 22 Dec still no word from the company. sent at least 5 mails no response. They have a call centre number which never gets connected only recorded message u get is all customer care guys are busy. You will lose your currency & nobody will come online. Sent sms nobody responds.
This is a pure fraud company so be very careful while getting lured by this company. I got lured by Google’s some shopping offer for four days.
Shortly I will be lodging a complaint with unfair trading cyber cell of govt of India.
