I ordered Nivea Sensitive Shaving Gel(200 ml) with buy 1 get 1 offer by order number 20140729277452 and received very old stock.
One unit had less than 3 months before expiry and the other less than 8 months. Moreover, when I reviewed the product on their site and mentioned about this, they removed my review within a day. It seems they allow only positive reviews on their site. After raising the complaint no. 739529, they agreed to replace the units on 4th Aug and told me that reverse pickup would be done in 48 hrs and then they will send the replacement units. It’s a week now but reverse pickup is still not done.
I suggest people to avoid Purplle.com especially for buying products on offer.
