I have a mixed response about purple because I am a regular user of purple and had ordered several time.i ordered shampoos several times but never faced any issues except for the latest one.i ordered eye liner but they sent me kajal.i returned the kajal next day but they never refunded my money.it’s been almost a month.and whenever I mail them regarding the same.they say thatit will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
I purched item from purple.com item was wrong so returned but got no refund
