I had the misfortune of ordering stuff from purplle.com.
It has been 13 days today since I have placed the order and I have not received my good yet. After placing the order, I waited for a week for them to send the shipping details. As I did not receive any, I called them. Boy, you must really have some luck to reach them.
As soon as the call gets through, you are placed on hold and then disconnected in 2 minutes. I tried innumerable times and wasted enough std minutes. I sent them an email and they did not respond. I tried my luck the next day and I got through. To my horror I was informed that they did not process my order as one of the products I ordered was not in stock(this was the 8th day then).
When asked why they did not inform me, they said, it was my responsibility to call them! Look at the nerve of these people! Anyways, I got the order modified and I was informed that I would get my stuff in the next two days.
I have still not got them nor did I get the shipping details. I tried reaching the customer care many times and I could not get through.When I sent an email asking the same, they sent a link asking me to pay additional money! When I sent them the acknowledgement that I paid the money in full, they asked to ignore the previous mail as it was a technical issue! I am still waiting for the shipping details. These guys are a bunch of incompetent nincompoops.
I strongly suggest that you do not buy from this web site and save yourself a lot of trouble and anxiety.
I am on the verge of exploring legal options. I am frustrated and I want them to pay for their callous attitude.
