We went to Soul space Arena mall today with family.
At the snack counter, the attendant(name tag: Harish) charged extra amount for our order.
Initially he did not even print the bill and asked me to pay 1300/-. I had to specially ask for the bill.
After making the payment, when I was checking the bill, he tried to distract us with offering help in taking the trays to the theatre.
Later in the hall I found that he had charged an extra nachos in the bill and went back to get the extra amount re-imbursed.
This is not the first time we have found the staff at the snack counter cheating us like this.
I am a frequent visitor of PVR arena mall as its quite close to my home. I would advice the readers to be extra careful at the snack counter.
Hopefully the management would take some action on this. Details of the order below.
