PVR cinemas is a big name in multiplexes.... the interiors.. the sound quality ... the pcture quality r all of the top notch quality... n can easily compete wid the best in business...
But my particular experience at PVR has left a bad taste in my mouth... n has led me to take a decision... of never again visiting PVR cinemas....
This happened when me n my friend booked two tickets at PVR... for Rang De Basanti....n the moment we decided to sit on our respective seats.... we realized that some elderly couple were already seated on our seats... we didn’t want to disturb them.... so we decided to consult the concerned authority....
On being consulted... they told me to wait 4 a while... meanwhile 2 ppl were going through an entire bundle of tickets.... they seemed perplexed too.... so we decided to meet the manager..... but to our dismay... even he didn’t have proper answers.... n on top of that acted very rudely... n tried to intimidate us....
a heated argument followed ... n in the meantime some 4-5 more agitated peoplecame out tooo... wid the same problem.... n instead of treating them properly..... the manager tried to blame them for this...
This continued for about 30 mins.. n I m sure even those who had the tickets... were disturbed a lot tooo....
n to my amazement.. when I began writing this review... I realized... that a similar thing has happened to a fellow member too..... so I can safely say now.. that the online system is totally erraneous.... n the behaviour of the managment even worse.....
