Diamond plaza is a shopping mall cum entertainment hub. It is situated at near dum dum nagerbazar satgachi. Pvr is on top last floor. The counter reception and screening is good. There are total approx 6 screens may be in terms of lower and upper level seat availability. Inside food and beverage counters are available. Seats are very cosy and comfortable. But the row and numbering of seats are not that good enough. Sometimes it is difficult to find out the right one as number wise. Atmosphere is good. Screen quality is not that great like inox. Display quality and viewing angles are okay. Surround sound is also very loud. It hurts sometime to ear while making too much noise or any scene in movies. Bass is okay but loudness is distracted sometime. Not comfortable at all. Air conditioning is good. Lighting is also good. Ambience is okay as far huge gallary. Gap between seats are very short. I mean very very short, legs are getting dull during watching movies as the leg space is nill. If someone passes through you, you will have to manage everytime with your position and leg. That’s I dont like it. Toilet is cleaned but the partition bewtween every pan is less than expected. That seems bit ackward. Food and beverage items are too pricey. Even inox dont have that much of prices. Security checking is good. Waiting lounge is also big but only one side there have sofa, in other sides there is nothing to seat. In terms of overall, the minimum ticket price should decrease from rs. 200 to rs. 120-150 for front view seats. There are three types of seats row. Normal, gold, prime. Gold and prime features are also same only seats are higher like balcony views. That’s it. These balcony type seats are priced around rs. 400-500 approx. I think that is bit costly. It must reduced to optimum level.
