Why PVR Elante is cheating on their gold class customers when there is no way to check the malfunctioning of whole system of this PVR. Why PVR Elante charges more for gold class than regular class? Each time we visit, people from regular class very comfortably come and sit at gold class tickets and enjoy at such a low price while at the same time there is no one to check it out. Once he is gone, defaulters again come back laughing at him. They don’t even charge any fine to defaulters. Customers who are paying so much for their comfort are not able to enjoy the movie at all and who are paying less are fully taking the advantage of gold class. All this is happening from many years. It means customers should not purchase gold class tickets at all when they can easily get there paying less or stop coming to this PVR. So our whole family and relatives have stopped going to this PVR because each time we come it seems to us that we are befooled by PVR.
