This is a complaint I have raised with PVR Cinemas online portal.
Hi,
I had bought the tickets for the movie, Django Unchained dated 04/03/13, of 9 pm show at PVR classic cinemas in Kormangala.
I had a horrible experience at the ticket counter, which has forced me to bring the issue to your concern.
While I was checking for the seats, the executive at the counter seemed to be hurrying up and wanted to grab the credit card from my hand, as if I was the one who was taking up a lot of time.
I politely asked him, "What’s the hurry about? I am giving you the card." To which he very rudely replied that there was the current show running and I can’t be taking so much of time. I asked him, "If that’s the case, next show audience should not be allowed to buy the tickets". To which he asked me to shut my mouth. I was shocked.
I had never expected an executive selling tickets using such a foul language to a woman customer.
I believe customer service should be a top priority for such reputed brand as PVR cinemas. I could have created a scene at the venue, but only because it would have caused trouble to the remaining audience, I quietly walked off, making sure I raise my concern with the right authority. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to note down the name of the gentleman.

072468/69, Audi 5, Seat nos 7 and 8.
I hope you would be able to fetch the details of the executive from the above details and give proper soft skills to him, so that he learns how to treat PVR cinemas customers now on.
I have been highly disappointed by this behavior of his. Being a regular movie goer at PVR cinemas, this was the least expected. Hope you take corrective actions soon and ensure customer service is given utmost importance now on.
