PVR Viman Nagar provides worst service to their customers. Once I booked ticket for a Marathi film called Jaundyana Balasaheb. Our tickets were being check on entrance and they took very long time to check tickets we missed some part of starting. Then inbetween the movie some officials came and ask us to come out of auditorium when we ask the reason then they started abusing us and talked rudely. We still obeyed them and came out and ask what’s the problem they said they have to check the ticket we answered its already been check but still they check again and then they said all ok you can go. They wasted lots of time of ours in this and getting out in between not looks good. Tickets are booked by them only but still they checked lots of time and officials talks very abusing makes this Cinema a worst service in Pune. Tickets are also very costly here.
