we were in the queue to avail tickets and there were not a single staff available in the counter to assist us for availing tickets. when I asked to a PVR staff about this, they said its our lunch break and you have to wait for about 30 mins.
I wanna ask PVR team that is this their service standard for which they are charging so much?
And the most irritating fact is the PVR staffs asks to check tickets for 4 - 5 times while entering into the screen.
plzz take some strict action to maintain your companys reputation.
