This oats is really fiber rich and comes in little bit big size of the grain. Light ib weight, little less than white color and it tasyes awesome when cooked. I actually dont like to cook it because using it directly is more tasty. I soak it in curds half an hour before I eat then I add little salt abd any garnish which time provides. Sometimes I blend it with milk in the mixer and drink if I dont have the time. Either way it tastes good.
