I have been eating quaker oats for last teo years for breakfast. Its very delicious and tastes good eith milk and a scoop of whey protein. One can make oays idli, upma, porifge etc. I would really recommend people to have this in breakfadt for a healthy start of the day. Its macro contaons protein and complex carbs which keep you filled for a longer duration of tome. Every fitness model, actirs and sports person eat oats because it gives you good carb which takes time to digest and thus teduces your urge for food.
