I had ordered some stuff from an online store, and they seem to have an affinity with Quantium.
A couple of orders that I had placed earlier were shipped using the same courier. They had taken 10 days to deliver(against the promise of the online store to deliver within 3-5 days).
This time too, they used Quantium. I have not received my parcel even after 11 days.
Whenever I call the Quantium office, they either disconnect the call or rudely ask to call later. It’s as if they are doing us a favour and it is wrong on our part to ask when it would be delivered.
The item is sitting in the local office for the last 7 days. And, I have lost all hope of getting it.
I had contacted the online store but they informed that they wouldn’t be able to help much as it’s already been dispatched and now it’s in the hands of the courier service.
I am leaving city for a month tomorrow, and so any hope of receiving the product is lost.
Just a word of caution to all:
When you order something online, check with the seller about what courier would he use to deliver.
if it’s Quantium, simply do not buy.
