A Bond film without much of a trace of the "Bond" theme music, lacking the witty humor, too much action for the suave character Flemming created and downsized on the beautiful women and gadgets, is no
Bond film! Its just another "action" flick. Casino was fine for explaining the genesis of our hero, but the second film for Craig should have been full blown Bond with all the "formula" fixes that we love.
Daniel Craig is a great Bond-but he needs the Bond formula, especially in the second film. The Bond character is more of a feel of grace and danger when necessary-not a constant flash of action and mindless pursuit. This movie even had me wishing Roger Moore was still around, just to reinstitute some of the formula, and he, was the least of the Bonds the way Flemming envisioned. Please get it right the third time, please!!
