We went delhi about two weeks ago to relatives house.In the rail station I saw the ads of Quick Cab & installed the app to book a cab.
I did not expect ever such type of cab service.
Firstly in the app nothing is clear .Neither the price nor the cab location. Somehow I booked a cab.And it showed me that 10 mins left.But 30 mims passed no sign of cab. I was unable to cancel the ride. Finally It come after 45 mins later.Very irritating.
Now I come to know it never reaches in time. As there is lack of available cabs. Service is very poor compared to other cab service. It charge me very high.Which was not to happen .Abou 7 km I took ride & it charged 250.Totally my pocket loss. I called service centre .that was not reachable.So I had to pay that.
The driver was very rude & not an experienced about the roads. Overall Quick Cab is very disappointing.Expensive.& unavailable.So never mske a mistake to intall their app & book a cab.
