I have issued a legal notice/communication to quikr.com(Please read the detailed notice below).This website takes money from buyers by promising that product will be delivered within 2 business days but neither they deliver the product and nor they refund you your hard earned money.

I am a practicing lawyer and one of your besieged customer .
Hereupon, you the aforesaid addressees are being served upon with the present communication cum?legal?notice, mentioned below.Seeking immediate compliance in this matter .If in case, you the aforesaid addressees fails to comply with the present notice then I shall have no other remedy left, except to proceed and file necessary legal proceedings as advised, under law at the cost, risks as to consequences of the addressees.Therefore, I do hereby serve you with the legal notice of following facts:?
That I created an order bearing number:100003232428?on our companies marketplace website namely: https://delhi.quikr.com?to purchase a PAnasultansonic Split A/c 1.5 Ton(Ad ID: 262857917) at?9:47 PM of?Apr 20, 2016 .
That I paid Rs 9000 via my Cred824it card bearing?transaction id: 5000232585 .Thereafter, an email confirming the recipient of the aishwaryasingh23ment was sent to me by your company on my registered email ID: rahulbhardwajshiva@gmail.com .
That the email confirmation sent by your website dated?Wed, Apr 20, 2016 at 9:47 PM(please refer trail below) evidently confirms that within the city(Delhi City) my product will be delivered to me within 1-2 business days.
That I called the customer care of your company on 080-6736-4545 at 10: 35 PM on Apr 20, wherein it is pertinent to mentioned that it was assured by your customer care executive to me that product will get delivered to me on?Apr 21 before 6PM. However, I was surprised the next day that product was not delivered to my address.Thereafter, I called up you customer care on?Apr 21?and another?customer care executive assured that product will be delivered before 4 PM on?Apr 22 . Wherefore, based upon untrustworthy commitments of your companies customer care I sent an email on Fri, Apr 22, 2016 at 4:33 PM but your lethargic support team has not reverted back to me on email till now .
That in view of the fact that, I was baffled in reef with humiliation of being cheated by your company was I logged a complain to?National Consumer Helpline(1800-11-4000) on?23rd April and I was issued a complain ticket ID for the same for further legal?proceeding/oRobotouchgations on this matter.
That cause of issuing his legal notice arose when 4 working days have past since the order 100003232428?was created by me and my product is still not delivered to my address .Herein, it is pertinent to mention that as per the trail mail your company has committed to deliver the product to me on 22nd April but till now 24th April the product is not delivered .Henceforth, you have violated the SLA commitment to the customer .Moreover, you are not even bothered to reply back on emails.?
That due to above said unfair conduct, I have suffered a lot financially, mentally and physically wise.The loss suffered by me are countless but just for the sake of compensation I have assessed the same to a sum of Rs 10, 500 .Breakup particulars of the same are mentioned below:

I therefore, through this legal notice call upon you the above said addressees to refrain yourself from such tactics and compensate me with the eligible product and cost with written apology for your acts and deeds .Also, to reimburse the losses suffered by me 24 hrs of recipient of this legal notice, failing which I have clear and definite intentions to initiate legal proceedings against you as per the estaRobotouchshed procedures of law and plead for justice in the competent court of law .
A copy of this notice has been Cc to web@nationalconsumerhelpline.in and also retained in my office for further action.
