Products were sold but were never getting picked up. Quikr rep’s call at odd hours but the logistic partner never comes to pick up. It is sad state of affairs as there is little tracking and coordination.
Inspite of multiple reminders no action is seen.
An item paid for by the buyer is still not picked up and amount hence not credited to me.
Both have lost but quikr is sitting with the payment.
The customer care lines are either clogged or the representatives have no information.
Avoid quikr for high value items or payments.
It seems to be a venture meant grab investor eyeballs without actually delivering services.
