My two friend buy mobile one after another from quikr. Iphone 4sthat is quikr certifide mobiles. Tested by quicker expert team and sell by quicker.
Within a 15 days the mobile they realize that
1.Display is duplicate not working properly
2.Speaker is not working properly and many problems are there.
So they contact customer care. Customer care policy is after buying product you can only change or exchange mobile within 8 days. No return no repair policy is there.
Its a froud company.
Delivery is on time and mobile pack with quikr box. But you don’t buy quikr certifide mobile.
App and website both are confusing. Not user friendly. More pramotion ads are there.
No relaibility.
