I am writing my experience with RA. My father bought TVS XL for him during the year 2002 and bought TVS scooty pep for me during the year 2010. We are using both the vehicle as of now, we took vehicle to RA for general service and maintance. They really doing proper service and excellent communication during the service time and after they remeber ua service date over the phone and SMS. We can get the vehicles there as expected. RA is really valuble TVS showroom for people living in tirupur. I suggest you all to approach RA if you wanna buy new vehicle then you feel the gentle experience.
