Let me share this worst experience me and my family had visiting this hospital in delhi. I took my grandma to this hospital once for stone removal surgery. They did some tests and came with statement that stone is in her stone.
They took her to the operation room and told me to deposit the cash over counter. They charged a huge amount for operation but that didn’t bother me that time since I was worried about my grandma’s health.
After couple of hours they came out with this white paper and told me to buy some medicines.
They discharged my grandma after few days and in the mean time charged unnecessary money from me day by day for some test with I was not familiar with.
Since the day of her discharge she was feeling very unwell and dealing with pain for almost 3 weeks.
I took her back to the hospital and complained about the poor surgery they did. But they took it in a very normal way, which was so unprofessional of them. The staff is money minded.
I finally decided to took her to some other hospital and she is well since then.
I won’t recommend anyone to bring their loved ones to this hospital unless you don’t care about them.
