Fraudulent!

Hello Raajnett,


I am Amudha residing in Thundalam Ayyapanthangal.


I a miserable customer of yours signed up for your internet connection on 27 April 2016. One of your representative by name P. Vinoth came to my house and took a cheque from me for Five thousand eight hundred eighty four rupees. The address verification from your company got over on 29 April 2016.  Today is 21 May 2016. Until now, every time I call your company, I get answers from your poorly trained customer service officers that the installation will happen in next 2 days and I have been hearing this since 27 April 2016.


I am a highly disappointed customers. The worst is that when we call your 1800 numbers, your agents are disconnecting the calls. Twice I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that there is no such person available.


I need refund for my money within 1 week. If I do not get my refund or hear from your with a formal apology from your management for giving us so much of mental torture, I will make sure that I will publish this in all the possible social media sites available. Not only this, in my area, there are other such customers who are affected. At this moment, we are planning to give a complaint in press and file a consumer complaint.


All this while I have been extremely polite. Due to your very unprofessional and fraudulent behavior, I am ready to go to any extent to have my issue resolved
