Loooooong waiting for new connection. Poor Support

I am from palavakkam and I planned to go new connection because inconsistent connectivity of my current(netxpress) connection.

I have paid amount for installation and one month subscription to a Raajnet guy then I am still waiting for more than 20 days but I did not get connection.The Raajnett guy also not at all attending my call and customer support also not responding properly.

I requested for refund and I dont believe whether they will refund.

So I am strongly suggesting please do not go for Raajnett ISP.
