VERY VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Useless People.!
They just took the money the day I called to enquire(12-Jul-2014) and till now there is no update(Its been 4 weeks since I paid) and all the phones keep ringing eternally to no answer! Thoroughly frustrating service!
Would definitely not recommend! Even the customer care number is always either busy or’you seemed to have dialled a wrong number’ or’the number does not exist’. If you are really lucky, you get to reach them once in a blue moon! And all they say is you will get in 3 days! my repeated requests for a refund have fallen on def ears.
