Took Raajnett 60Mbps connection and it was very slow and even youtube video was buffering. I cancelled the connection in a few days and gave a stop payment to my check. After three months they approched me again and assured that the connection would be fine this time.The raajnet team did feasibility study and took my application on 18th September. They did not provide connection for more than a month and there is no proper response. Now I am struggling to get the refund. The worst customer care department in the whole world
Please stay away from this company, if you dont want to loose peace of mind.
