I am using Raaj nett for past one month. Their post implementation is horrible. it takes 1 week to fix one issue. My internet was not working for almost 14 days.
Even I have fight to get extension. there is no use of even yelling at Customer Care people because they don’t have any power and will tell the same thing what management has told them. You can not reach any Senior Manager easily. Once after 6-7 days I was lucky to reach one floor manager and that time he helped. But second time he promised to call back but never called. I have to fight to get extension for that non-working days.
The only way to get thing done I see is Consumer Court.The speed is good if it connected but in case of any issues you have to wait for ages.
I choosed this ISP because it is cheap. But now I think its better to pay high and get a good and reliable connection. I have enquired ACT but they are providing service in my area(Thoriapakkam). Second is AirTel.
