Got the connection in a timely manner. Paid 2500 plus tax for their highest speed option plus an additonal 3500 for a new wireless box. Had the final installation done last Friday.and the speed was awesome for the whole 1 hour that it lasted. Since then I’ve beem on the phone with Prem( when he decides to answer) and hos explanation was that their server was down and would be fixed by 5pm Yesterday. Well its more than 24 hours and still no sign on internet coneection.connection I wish I had read the reviews prior to sigining up with this company in Neelankarai.
