Hi Friends, Today I am share about the total disappointed and disadvantages of RAAJNETT
I have used this net for one year now I am using another broadband because of they gave poor service and response
On the time of registration the RAAJNETT employees are came to meet and discuss about the plan and features at the time itself they have collected the money for registration plan without giving any connection from the date of registration they didn’t gave connection for 15 days and they didn’t give proper response after getting money from me.In that itself I was tottaly disappointed and I have called to customer care in that itself they didn’t give proper answer to me.Finally I told him within 2 days u didn’t given any connection I directly go to police station and complaint against ur broadband.after that only they came and installed the net in my home
After that the I have used the net sometimes the net disconnects for server problem
I never seen like the worst service in my life
The service of raajnett is very poor and the speed also very slow
Disadvantages:
Price range is high while comparing to other broadbands 2mbps seed cost is 911 rs
Poor speed at this price range
Service maintenance is very poor
The net disconnects often due to server problem
It is not fibernet they are using local method net in 2017
Customer care is poor
Note: In my experience I am telling to u all please don’t go to this broadband at any suitations
These are the very worst broadband
There are many broadbands available in chennai ACT, CHEERINET, HATHWAY please use this broadband
