I bought the connection on August in my home at Perungudi. There was frequent disconnections from the beginning and I complaint occasionally about that to their customer representative. They register the complaint(they say) but no one from their technical team comes to my home home till now after registering multiple complaints with them. I am currently continuously registering complaints and recording the calls between customer representative daily. I do complaint daily and have all the call records for the past 1 month. Still now I have an active plan and it’s simply a waste of my money.
It’s been more than 45 days and still my complaint ticket was not resolved. Please never ever go for Raajnett. I still strongly suggests everyone one of my neighbour to not to apply for Raajnett connection. They don’t care about their customer even for a smaller extent.
NO RAAJNETT AT ANY COST.
