I had an year of experience with’RACE’, a hrs car helpline service operative in Delhi, NCR region. While I needed their services only 4 to 5 times in the year, I found them to be well equipped for the services they claim to provide.
The needed assistance also came within the time specified(1/2 hrs) although I was to assist them in exctly locating me within the locality where I had the brakdown. While this may seem obvious, I would like to mention that the person detailed for the assistance was little reluctant to make me calls, and most of the times I had to callup and guide him. The call centre, however was very propmt and checked back the status many a times, while I was waiting or while the car was under repair. Importance of carring a mobile phone goes without saying.
A good service for the peace of mind. As the car is older now, I think it is very wise to continue with their services. I hope they give some renewal benifits.
