I had heard very bad about Radission ambience and food quality.Their unprofessional restaurant service. But Snapdeal was offering 50% on lunch/dinner buffet so I took vouchers for lunch at Radissaon hotel , Noida.

It prove 100% correct that Radisson hotel didn’t accepted snapdeal voucher. My vouchers had gone wasted.

So don’t trust this snapdeal. ( you can understand by their name SNAP deal , means fake deal)

Following is the email written to them-

Hi,

I did the booking for dinner/lunch at Radisson Hotel G.Noida on 5/May/2012. I also did cross check and reservation with the merchant (Radisson ) on 5/May/2012 for reservation on 13/May/2012 for lunch for 2.

Radisson did not honour the reservation on 13/May/2012 and gave follwoing excuses-

1. They didn’t had reservation from my side.

   
   




2. No discount on lunch from snap deal.

   
   




3. Rates for lunch were informed to be Rs 1500/- instead of Rs1200/- as given on snap deal.

   
   

There are two fraud in this offer from Snapdeal and Radisson-

1. Fraud from Snapdeal - Incorrect/wrong information about the rates on lunch buffet.

2.From Radisson - Didn’t want to honour the snapdeal voucher.

I have complete recordings of the phone call with snapdeal and radisson, if you want I will forward you that.

Now please explain how you are going to solve this matter.
