Booked on 13th june. Very slow response from the front desk officers. Delayed check-in. Wait for almost 30 to 45 mins.
We booked superior room. Room was spacious with a very good city view but ac was not working. We called multiple times to change the room. However no acknowledgment was there of the issue. I had to literally walk to the front desk from my room on 6th floor to raise the issue.
Then my room was changed after a 15 minute discussion.
I cannot expect such standard of service from a brand like Radisson.
Really need to work on your service quality. High alarms ringing now.
