From the moment I stepped in till I checked out, it was all smiles around. The moment I was recognized as a Club Carlson member, I got an upgrade to a better room! Ms. Maya at the front desk was very helpful and she quickly checked me in. The food at the coffee shop needs some improvement in terms of freshness and taste, although there was ample spread for both Vegetarians and Non vegetarians. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you
