We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of last month and disappointed to say that we received the worst service imaginable.
Though the room was slightly bigger, there’s no wow factor about it. Shower cubicle was leaking and made a pool out of rest of the washroom making it unusable until next round of turn down service. We requested for extra bath mats to overcome this situation which was neglected by housekeeping staff. When we tried to speak to front desk, the female staff member put us on hold for several minutes whereby we had to hang up and called them back. When we called back, she transferred us to one of her colleagues by the name of Vishnu, rudely without speaking a word. We demanded to speak to a senior manager next day which fell on deaf ears.
Also, I was told by the front office upon check in that I would be sent an email to enroll into their loyalty program which I never received until now nor any other communication where such hotels would request guests feedback upon check out. So, I’m forced to assume that either they are selective or do not take guest feedback in to account at all.
Then, There was no bidet shower which was highly surprising due to the fact that vast majority of clientele was Indian. Further, our Air-conditioning control system was not working and it showed a false reading. It took sometime for us to figure it out and cost us a sleepless night until it was finally repaired.
In addition to this, there’s a massive construction project going on just next door that would take years to complete. Therefore, it’s not so called peaceful get away for those who are after tranquillity.
We noticed that certain senior managers were only taking care of same guest during meal times which could be their frequent guests or for some other benefit. Therefore, those of you, such as us, first timers, I don’t recommend this place.
Gym does not have water bottles and only a water dispenser with no disposable cups. Bring your own water unless you are ok to sip from the same sweaty cup of your fellow guests. Locker room did not have towels for someone who wants to use their sauna and steam.
In essence, this place require a cultural change where by from top to bottom wanting to create a wow experience to all its guests whole heartedly!
