In the past RADO was the king of watches.Now it has become just a SHADOW of the past. RADO CLAIMS it is the toughest one among the watches.IT WILL NOT EVEN WITHSTAND A FALL FROM ONE METER HEIGHT.I’m not talking about the GLASS but the SHELL/CASE whatever you call it.Not only that you have to spend about TEN THOUSAND RUPEES TO FIX IT. ISN’T THAT FUNNY!
DON’T EVEN THINK OF BUYING ONE FOR HEAVEN’S SAKE. I had[still have] a RADO WATCH which fell down from a table top and its shell cracked.Even a toy watch wouldn’t have cracked from such a fall.The customer care people in delhi were not at all helpful to get it fixed free of cost.I still keep it for demonstration purpose to GULF MALAYALEES who still go after RADO.
