I am an NRI and aspirant immigrant to Canada currently based in Saudi Arabia. I contacted Radvision for my Canada immigration with 100% job before landing as promised by them and pretty convincingly they portrayed them as ICCRC registered agent with an ICCRC logo in every email conversation. They even promised that they will give full job guarantee after PR Approval before I land into Canada, but when I ask them to include that on the agreement they stepped back to 100% job assistance. As I am fully aware of the immigration process, I started asking them various questions but they kept on avoiding it. And instead they kept on circling round and round on what they want and that is - - - an immigration Client. Well, honestly, I approached them as I thought they could help me in jobs. THERE IS REALLY NO NEED TO HIRE A CONSULTANT TO DO all paper works which I can do it myself.
Eventually I asked them for the RCIC number which is given to every registered consultant to ICCRC. This is the email I sent -

What I understood from your email is that Radvision is an Immigration consultant only and is not ready to take any responsibility in arranging interviews after the PR approval.
Can u please provide me the RCIC number of the key person of Radvision by which he/she is registered to ICCRC?
I will wait for your assessment report of my profile I sent you last week.

There will be job assistance from our side as you are already aware that there will be three option to get the jobs. First is PNP( Province nomination programme) , 2 – ITA(invitation to applicant through Canada govt), 3 – job offer letter from company.
IRCC agents are the one’s those who are registered and authorized by Canadian Immigration regulatory, they are not only from India they can be from anywhere.
Secondly, we are Immigration Consultants and we do not need to be registered with MEA(Ministry of external affairs) since we are not dealing with any work permits, we are just immigration advisers and as a registered business we have are registration done with MCA(Ministry of Corporate Affairs) Thanks & Regards

You have attached logo of ICCRC in all your emails but there is no registered lawyer from RADVISION to ICCRC!
I AM SURELY GONNA REGISTER A COMPLAIN AGAINST RADVISION IN THE ICCRC WEBSITE.
REGISTERING TO MCA DOESN’T MAKE YOU A REGISTERED CONSULTANT TO ICCRC.
I am not satisfied with the response rate of you guys and doubt the authenticity of the promises you are making. Thereby, I don’t want to further continue.
RADVISION JUST WASTED MY TIME.
