Very inhuman handling during Endoscopy for my mother. the technician was talking over the phone during the setup and my mother wanted to ask something about the procedure and the person was on phone and not ready to listen. The Doctor/Technician was late by 45 minutes and was trying to hurry things.
The people or patients who are already in pain and agony due to their health issues, should not suffer or experience hardships/pain/improper handling at hospitals/medical labs.
Along with the growth Ragavs also need to build, better caring attitude and service from it’s staff.
