Rainforest is basically a theme based resto-bar. As its name suggest, its theme is based on a rainforest and they have much been successful in presenting the theme with superb interior with the artificial water flowing at the entrance.
However, due to the Government’s rule based on 500m ban for bars and wine shops, its no longer a bar. Now, only the food is served along with the mocktails. The quality of food served is superb. I am a regular customer of rainforest and I do visit it twice or thrice in a month. The food which me and my friends mostly prefer there is chicken chilly as it contains all the crisp and spice needed. Also, one of my favorite dish is "Zingha nashila" which contains prawns cooked in a medium gravy and served on a sizzler platter. But, as the achohol is no longer available, me and my friends don’t much prefer visiting this place.
Talking about the customer service, the service given by them is Great. They do even provide a feedback book so that if there is any disregard in their service we can mention it our there. But, only the limitation for this resto is its high rates. The rates for each and every food item is much costlier. They did had offers on alcohol during weekdays and weekends which we call as happy hours, but unfortunately as said earlier they no longer serve alcohol.
Yeah, but talking of their food and service, its a value for money resto. One can visit this now if you are not much interested in alcohol and love only mouth-watering food.
