Only one time did I have to contact customer support about an issue. Although it says can take up to 24 hours for a gift card to arrive generally I receive them within minutes. Read the fine print of gift card terms because some are only in store while others you can use online too. Also a few sites will only use one gift card at a time. But, that isn’t the fault of Raise. If you are looking to save some money using other cash back sites also allows you some money back to save more. Overall I’ll continue using Raise and saved a lot using it over the years.
