Located in Engrej Bazar, Malda Raj Hotel is the place where we went last month.
This was a disappointing experience as we were expecting good services from this hotel.
Ambience is very loud and noisy which irritates. Sometimes hygiene is also not maintained.
Rooms are too small for two peoples. Blankets and bathrooms are unhygienic.
Food presentation was very pathetic. Vegetarian dishes were okay but non-vegetarian food was tasteless.
Staffs and other members were very unpunctual. So it needs improvement.
Cost price for a single day was very high as compared to other hotels.
