This is my first time I had traveled by Raj Travels, six of our friends planned to travel Goa, so my friend booked six tickets from Raj Travels. We started from Bangalore to Goa with the Bus Registration No. KA 01 B 7500. We had heard a lot about it, and we wanted to ‘experience’ it. What we had heard was that you get your own screen(Which we did not think we would get) and you get a socket from which you can charge your laptop and Mobiles.
So we booked 3 weeks before the chosen date we paid 1600 for to and fro from Goa, which is way above the tariff charged by other bus services, which would have been 1200 respectively. Even we have booked the return ticket from Goa after 3 days.
We sat in anticipation; we had turned up 30 minutes early. Our ‘experience’ was about to begin! The Bus Started from Gandhi Market(Bangalore), two of our seats leg space is not working so whole night we have to keep our feet’s in cramp position. The Cleaner is maintaining temp of 16 degree Celsius. Water dripping inside the bus. It is not providing any blankets or water in Bus. It started playing scratched cd’s to show Films till 2 o’clock of Night.
Even they are not providing any Poly Bag so that we can keep our food wastes in it rather than throwing inside the Bus. I will suggest all my IT Friends not to Prefer to Travel in Raj Travels Buses. Even I have got photographs to prove my Points, which I have said.
As we have booked the return ticket in advance from Raj Travels, we reached goa’s Pickup point at the designated time, we are shocked to see the same bus, which we have arrived is still there for the service and the bus is not still not repaired. The bus is still is having the same broken back side, Water dripping inside the bus, plug points are broken with open circuits are not closed.
