Raj travellers runs their buses 3 to 4 hours behind their schedule departure everyday and on a regular basis. They also dont have national permit for many buses. At 1.30 am they ask pessengers to chnage bus as they dont have national permit. Ladies and familes trvalling have to suffer a lot. The schedule arrival is 11.30 pm in my case and it reached at 4.00 am. Next day I had 11.30 pm bus for bombay from surat and it arried at 2.30 am in the morning. Everyday this delay is there still they are writing the same schedule departure and arrival. they also answer that this delay is there as bus comes from ahmedabad. so the delay is on a regular basis. Moreover if bus is not full they wait for pessengers to come and thats the reason they delay their departure and causing problems to other pessengers.
The man sitting in surat office told that this delay is there everyday and he cannot do anything about it. Then why they lie on website by writing wrong timings and fooling pessengers. How should ladies and families travel with such kind of mismanagement
Raj travellers are harrasing passengers like anything. this is the complain from everyone and they should stop such kind of activities. they are always 3 to 4 hours behind their schedules as they dont get enough pessengers. Raj is just a big name and nothing else and its hrrasing people like anything. I would advice all of you, not to go by Name. they are simply fooling people and nothig else.
