I am a frequent traveler by the Rajdhani express. The quality of service in these trains has been degraded that I now avoid going by trains altogether. The quality of food in Rajdhani Express is just pathetic. I used to frequently travel in long distance trains such as New Delhi to Ranchi Rajdhani Express. Do they think the passengers traveling in it are just worth of their degraded standards? The food course menu doesnt change, not even for once during the whole trip. I FOUND LARGE WARM IN MY DINNER, IT’S ALSO FRIED! WHEN I SHOW IT TO YOUR CATERING STAFF HE ALSO ACCEPT AND SAID SIR IT’S A RAINING SEASON…….
These are my few complaints against Indian railways(IRCTC)
1. *Behavior of catering staff was pathetic, they behave rudely and some time use abusive language on asking for extra meal.
2. Quality n quantity of food served in Rajdhani exp. was very very poor, unhygienic, not up to standards. Food given in all 3 meals was so less in quantity that passenger has to starve in journey or buy food from the station vendors.
3. Only 1 news paper was given between 4 passengers of B2 43, 44, 45, 46
4. Asking tips for the service.
5. No lights, No liquid soap in B2 coach toilet.
6. Towel not served with dirty bed sheets

/RAJDHANI EXPRESS IS PRIDE OF NATION BUT BECAUSE OF SERVICES PROVIDED IN IT MAKE US ASHAMED OF CALLING IT AS PRIDE OF NATION.
SO IT’S MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO INDIAN RAILWAYS TO PLEASE UPGRADE THE STANDARDS OF RAJDHANI EXPRESS.
